Our Program Director:
​
Lyneil F. Charity was born in Newport News, Virginia, currently residing in Fayetteville,
Georgia, married for 30 years, and has three children and ten grandchildren. Lyneil
graduated from High School in Hampton, Virginia; attended undergraduate studies at
Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia receiving a Bachelor's of Science (B.S.)
degree in Business Administration and later attending graduate studies at the University
of Phoenix, Dunwoody, Georgia receiving a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

She then relocated to Atlanta, Georgia with her spouse and children and accepted a position with The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) where she served as a Paralegal Specialist for 10 years. In that position, she assisted several Attorney's in the Legal Division preparing legal documents and providing legal research for the corporation to successfully close insolvent financial institutions within the United States. After 10 years of service with the (FDIC), the company downsized and relocated its offices to Dallas, Texas.

Lyneil then accepted a position with Continental Airlines where she served as Administrative Assistant (Office Manager) for 9 years. In that position, she assisted the Director of Continental and several other Managers to manage the operation of the Atlanta station to include human resources, benefits, time and attendance, payroll, worker compensation, statistical reporting, and other office duties.

She also working as a part time consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics where she achieved the position of Sales Director within one year, which was held by only 2% of the company. In that position, she served as a leader to over 50 consultants and 2 other Sales Directors which promoted her to Senior Sales Director providing sales, training, recruitment and cosmetic techniques to thousands of women.

Lyneil later accepted a promotion with The State of Georgia, Department of Public Health (DPH) serving as the Administrative Manager for 5 years. In this position she had oversight for the entire operation of a health facility in Carrollton, Georgia with a staff of over 40 employees. In that position, she provided administrative assistance to the Nurses as well as managing the intake front office and administrative unit to include billing, vital records, payroll, financial and statistical reporting, auditing. She also assisted the Carroll County Board of Health and the Carroll County Board of Commissioners with board meetings and financial reporting until she was downsized and layoff in 2007 due to cuts in financial grant in aid.

She later accepted a position with The State of Georgia, Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA) serving as Procurement Officer for 2 1/2 years assisting the State of Georgia providing procurement and purchasing to all state agencies with the State of Georgia during disasters.
​
After a brief stay with GEMA, she accepted a promotion with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) serving as Administrative Manager (Branch Chief). In her current manages the Administrative Unit and operations of the facility providing assistance in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, fleet management, training, safety and security, warehouse surplus and disposal, inventory control and maintenance of the operation.

Lyneil has served as a member in several organizations to include Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.; Virginia Union University Alumni Chapter; Women After Gods Own Heart Ministry, Inc.; NAACP and a member of New Macedonia Baptist Church in Riverdale, Georgia.

Chairman:
Mrs. Lyneil F. Charity has over 12 years of experience as Administrative Operations Manager at the State of Georgia. As Chairman of the board for CLC Unlimited, Inc. In this role she adequately convenes the regularly scheduled Board meetings, presides and arranges for other members of the board to be knowledgeable of all meeting. Lyneil provides management and administrative tasks for the operation of CLC Unlimited, Inc.

Secretary:
Ms. Emma Carr is retired from working over 33 years as Lead Service; now she volunteers her time as the Secretary for CLC Unlimited, Inc. Emma is responsible for keeping records of Board actions, including overseeing the taking of minutes at all board meetings, sending out meeting announcements, distributing copies of minutes and the agenda, as well as anything else that need to be done within the organization.

Officer:
Mr. Wilbert T. Charity is retired after working as a Nutrition Supervisor for a Major Healthcare system for over 12 years. As a Board Member of CLC Unlimited, Inc. he attends all meetings and be an active participant. He also helps develop fundraising plans and participants where he can to support of the mission.

Mr. Jesse Williams is retired US Solider for over 30 years. As a Board Member of CLC. Unlimited, Inc. he attends all meetings and be an active participant. He also helps develop fundraising plans and participants where he can to support of the mission.

Volunteer Staff:
CLC Unlimited, Inc. volunteer staff come from various backgrounds and have a passion for helping others. We have five volunteers that have experience and assist in our programs.
Our volunteers have committed their time, four hours per week, their talent and passion to work in our community and we truly appreciate what they do. Our organization consists of the board of directors, the program director and the volunteers.
